We are a small engineering team building industrial intelligence for manufacturers — the kind of work where the feedback comes from a plant floor rather than a dashboard. We hire slowly and we do not keep a permanent job board.
If you have shipped something in industrial software, controls, ML on messy sensor data, or you have run a line and want to build the tool you wish you had, write to us. Tell us what you have built and what you would want to work on. We read everything.
You will own a surface end to end, talk to the plant that uses it, and see the number move. No ticket relay.
The data comes off real machines and it is noisy, late and sometimes wrong. That is the interesting part.
There is no open-roles list. If the work sounds like yours, the fastest route is an email describing what you have built.
